天兔來襲╱暴力兔續發威　另一颱帕布形成 Sep 21st 2013, 11:35 〔記者李鴻典╱台北報導〕另一颱形成！強颱天兔持續發威中，另外，輕度颱風帕布 (編號第20號，國際命名PABUK)，也在21日下午2時生成，中心位置位於北緯 19.5 度，東經 145.5 度，以每小時18公里速度，向北北西轉西北進行。颱風中心氣壓998百帕，近中心最大風速每秒18 公尺，瞬間之最大陣風每秒25公尺，七級風半徑100公里。
