CAS…中國農業標準？農委會：壹週刊報導誤導消費者 Sep 27th 2013, 03:34 〔記者李鴻典╱台北報導〕針對9月26日壹週刊出刊報導，提及CAS就是「中國農業標準Chinese Agricultural Standards」乙事，農委會鄭重澄清，CAS於93年間，依「農業發展條例」推動認驗證管理制度，並以Certified Agricultural Standards（有證明的農業標準）3個英文字詮釋CAS，該會網站新聞亦強調CAS的含意，CAS驗證機構的網站也有清楚的說明資料，請各界勿再誤認及流傳，以免誤導消費者認知。
