天兔來襲╱續發豪雨特報　蘭嶼颳17級以上強風 Sep 21st 2013, 11:35 〔記者李鴻典╱台北報導〕受到強颱天兔影響，氣象局發布豪雨特報指出，21日下午至明22日下午臺東、花蓮地區及恆春半島、宜蘭山區、南部山區、南投山區有大豪雨或超大豪雨，宜蘭、南部地區及臺中以北山區有局部豪雨或大豪雨，北部地區有大雨或豪雨，中部地區及澎湖、金門有大雨發生的機率，請注意防範坍方、落石、土石流及山洪爆發，低窪地區請慎防淹水。
