今日天氣╱白天東北季風減弱　天氣穩定氣溫略升 Sep 27th 2013, 03:34 〔記者李鴻典╱台北報導〕中央氣象局表示，今天(27日)清晨受到東北季風的影響，最低溫為宜蘭的21.3度左右，西半部低溫約22至23度左右，白天開始東北季風就會減弱，風向也逐漸轉為偏東風，因此各地的溫度都會有些許的回升，北部及東北部高溫回升至28、29度，其他地區高溫則都在30至32度間。
