天兔來襲╱天兔威力減弱　暴風圈涵蓋中南部陸地 Sep 21st 2013, 05:38 〔記者田欣雲╱綜合報導〕強颱天兔過去3小時強度略為減弱，目前中心在鵝鑾鼻南南東方海面，向西北西轉西移動，暴風圈已進入恆春半島、台灣東部、東南部及中南部陸地，對花蓮、台東、恆春半島、南投、彰化以南及澎湖、金門地區構成威脅，各地風雨逐漸增強。
