日本預言大地震　氣象局駁：不成熟 Sep 4th 2013, 05:52 〔記者彭夢竺╱台北報導〕台灣時間今(4)日上午8時18分，日本東北地區發生芮氏規模6.5強震，儘管東京都感受到地震，但是所幸並沒有海嘯發生。不過，日本有媒體報導，天文台台長串田嘉男預測，日本關西可能在6日發生芮氏規模7.9以上的淺層地震。對此，中央氣象局地震中心主任郭鎧紋表示不認同，他表示，地震觀測還不成熟，到目前為止無法準確的預測。
