民眾亂投醫？急診等嘸床　衛福部再喊「漲急診部分負擔」 Sep 24th 2013, 05:34 〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕大醫院急診無病床，人滿為患，消基會今（24）天抨擊，全因醫院左手要錢、右手卻未增加護理人員，為應付醫院評鑑又拚命「關床」為致，而政府竟束手無策。衛生福利部回應強調，大醫院關床數量極少，急診壅塞，多因民眾「小病也往大醫院擠」，考慮續提調漲急診的民眾部分負擔，以價制量，以利轉診、分級就醫。
