未戴眼鏡上路　機車騎士過失致死挨告 Sep 23rd 2013, 03:31 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕有機車騎士近視未戴眼鏡上路，發生車禍造成傷亡，因而吃上過失致死的刑責。交通部高雄區監理所呼籲民眾，保持良好的身心狀況是所有駕駛人應盡義務，才能保護自己和他人的交通安全。車速越快時，視力越低，視力原本就不良者在駕駛時的風險更大。所以確保視力的清晰，也是駕駛人該具備的基本條件。
