誰浪費健保？8成民眾自認看病有理　近7成矛頭指別人 Sep 10th 2013, 05:59 〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕國人平均一年就醫次數達15次，較歐美為高，不少人都公認國內有愛逛醫院、愛拿藥的醫療資源浪費情形存在，但台灣人顯然「有嘴說別人，沒嘴說自己」！健保署今（10）天公布最新一份民調，發現有8成民眾表示自己或家人沒浪費醫療資源，看病拿藥都是應該的，但反過來一問，竟有近7成同時認為別人有浪費。
