政府大撒198億健保經費？　消基會批醫療浪費 Sep 24th 2013, 07:32 〔記者簡怡欣╱台北報導〕健保經費年年調漲，卻仍不解「一床難求」問題，消基會今(24)日指出，衛福部雖提撥上億經費解決醫院問題，卻漠視醫院為符合評鑑標準反而減少病床位，根本無法實質解決病床不足的問題，浪費民眾繳納的健保費。
