性侵12歲女網友拍裸照　電器工辯「兩情相悅」仍有罪 Sep 17th 2013, 03:16 〔記者李鴻典╱台北報導〕日前報載有關26歲陳姓電器工性侵12歲女網友並強拍裸照，陳姓電器工卻辯稱不知女童只有12歲，且堅稱是兩情相悅的社會事件，衛生福利部保護服務司昨(16)日表示，依據我國刑法規定，任何人與未滿16歲的人發生性行為，不論對方同意與否，都要負刑事責任。
