天津嚴格保護重點生態功能區　12.5%陸域面積禁開發 Sep 9th 2013, 08:02 〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕天津市頒布實施的《美麗天津建設綱要》提出，要不斷加大生態環境保護力度，劃定生態紅線，嚴格保護重點生態功能區。記者從市環保部門獲悉，天津市將構建生態安全格局，嚴格實施主體功能區劃，12.5%的陸域面積劃為禁止開發區域，實行強制性保護，守住保護城市生態環境的「高壓線」。
