衛福部灑錢留人！五大科住院醫師　撐一年可多領12萬獎金 Sep 3rd 2013, 05:45 〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕工作累、工時長，醫療糾紛又多，內、外、婦產、兒、急診醫師人力五大皆空已是常態，根據衛生福利部調查，不少人還在住院醫師訓練期間第一年就「落跑」，流失率高達3成，衛生福利部決定「灑錢」留人，從今年開始試辦「重點科別住院醫師津貼補助計畫」，這五大科住院醫師只要每撐過一年，就多發12萬津貼。
