颱風動態╱好猛好快！蘇力已轉中颱　鄭明典：持續觀察 Jul 9th 2013, 03:13 〔記者彭夢竺╱台北報導〕今年第7號颱風蘇力在今(9)日上午轉為中度颱風，預計在11日轉為強颱。中央氣象局氣象預報中心主任鄭明典表示，目前蘇力颱風南側的對流發展比較旺盛，但是環形雲系還是維持的相當完整，靠近中心周邊的對流逐漸被拉長內灣，有形成眼牆的趨勢，未來幾天還要持續觀察它的變化。
