駁為美麗灣放寬環評法　環保署：誤導事實 Jul 27th 2013, 07:54 〔記者簡怡欣╱台北報導〕外界質疑環保署修正環評法，是否為美麗灣、悠活等開發案解套？環保署解釋，這次修訂的環評法草案，只針對水庫集水區進行修改，並沒有包括國家公園、自來水保保護區；反對的環保團體認為，開放水庫集水區免環評，會嚴重破壞水質，強烈反對修改法案。
