今日天氣╱蘇力轉中颱　11日前尚不影響天氣 Jul 9th 2013, 01:11 〔記者葉立斌╱台北報導〕今年第8號颱風蘇力在今(9)日凌晨轉為中颱，預計在11日轉為強颱。9日凌晨，它的位置在關島北北西方向750公里處之海面上，以時速22公里向西轉西北西前進。目前預估12至14日影響台灣最鉅。
