Google App下載鑑賞期爭議　台北市敗訴 Dec 28th 2012, 09:54 〔記者甘偉中╱綜合報導〕台北市政府去年針對Google Play Android應用程式下載平台，拒絕配合提供消費者7日鑑賞期一事，重罰Google 100萬元，Google並提出上訴。而台北高等行政法院29日針對此案做出判決，認為台北市政府無權提出此要求，判決Google勝訴，全案可再上訴。
