蘇力動態╱氣象局：今晚才會整個脫離　提防瞬間強風驟雨 Jul 13th 2013, 03:20 〔記者李鴻典、馮珮汶╱台北報導〕中颱蘇力在今(13)日清晨3時在新北市和宜蘭交界地方進入台灣陸地，全台灣都感受到威力，肆虐幾個小時後，蘇力8時從新竹出海，但暴風圈仍籠罩各地，氣象局簡任技正伍婉華上午指出，各地仍有瞬間強陣風、強降雨，提醒民眾不可輕忽。
