違法促銷？菸商優惠價銷員工新菸　董氏籲政府重罰 Jul 4th 2013, 04:52 〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕菸商為了賣菸，連自家員工也不放過？董氏基金會表示，接獲來自菸廠及酒廠的員工爆料，竟有菸商為促銷新菸品，舉辦員工購菸競賽活動，不僅涉嫌違法以批發價優惠員工，還公然獎勵蒐集菸包內的錫箔紙換贈品，甚至為了達到公司要求員工購菸目標，主動由福委會購菸送員工，董氏呼籲政府依法開罰最高7500萬。
