颱風動態╱蘇力清晨前後登陸　今晚至明上午影響最劇 Jul 12th 2013, 03:19 〔記者甘偉中╱台北報導〕中度颱風蘇力今日（12）上午8時左右，位於宜蘭東南東方約470公里之海面上，以每小時23公里速度向西北西進行，預計中午前後暴風圈會接觸臺灣東半部近海，今晚到明天上半天，將是颱風影響最為劇烈的時期。
