蘇力動態╱上午8時出海　暴風圈仍罩全台　中南部防豪雨 Jul 13th 2013, 03:20 〔記者馮珮汶╱台北報導〕狂風暴雨肆虐北台灣，中颱蘇力的路徑就跟伸卡球一樣，往南方下探，目前中心已經在上午8時從新竹出海，位置在新竹西南西方約10公里海面上，7級風7級風暴風半徑 280 公里，10級風暴風半徑 50 公里，以每小時25公里向西北轉北北西前進。
