小三通虧損嚴重　馬祖業者決定8月停航 Jul 8th 2013, 03:08 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕馬祖在民國91年起開放小三通，不過在兩岸大三通後，業務量萎縮，現載客率剩2成，馬祖2家船公司不堪虧損，召開股東會決定下個月停航，以減少虧損。交通部航港局在7日表示，業者還未正式提出申請停航，但現階段也不可能提供補貼，一切尊重市場機制。
