首例！愛滋役男隱私遭洩　判賠5萬精神撫慰金定讞 Jul 3rd 2013, 04:51 〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕公務機關洩露愛滋役男隱私，國內出現首例判賠案例！愛滋感染者小健為了兵役問題，申請改判體位免役，沒想到負責的區公所，卻直接將印有「通報為HIV個案」字樣的通知書，在完全沒有密封的情況下，透過里幹事直接轉交給小健的母親，導致感染者身分曝光，憤而提起國賠，今年法院定讞判賠精神慰撫金5萬元。
