重罰首例！自創卡號盜刷健保　中醫診所遭逮停約5年 Jul 3rd 2013, 02:50 〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕詐領健保屢犯，全台有第一家醫療院所遭健保局祭出最重罰，停約5年！衛生署中央健康保險局今（3）天表示，查獲彰化縣一家中醫診所，涉嫌「自創」健保卡號、偽造就醫紀錄，前後詐領健保費用超過10萬元，由於該中醫診所96年才因「以少報多」浮報病人針灸等醫療費用被罰，成為新法上路後首家重罰對象。
