蘇力凌晨3時於新北及宜蘭交界登陸　風雨持續增強！ Jul 12th 2013, 23:21 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕根據中央氣象局最新觀測顯示，中颱蘇力已於今(13)日凌晨3時左右於新北市及宜蘭縣交界處的三貂角登陸，目前持續向西北西轉西北移動，各地風雨持續增強。氣象局預計，蘇力颱風的中心強度有持續減弱的趨勢。
