偷跑？　汽車不讓行人提高罰金　15日提前實施 Jul 25th 2013, 03:40 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕交通部於6月26日通過審議案，小型車、機車騎士若不禮讓用路人，最低罰款將從1200至1500元提高至2000至2600元，原訂最快八月起實施，但最近被發現交通部竟悄悄從7月15日始提前實施。
