颱風動態╱蘇力暴風圈持續擴大　最快11日發布海警 Jul 9th 2013, 05:13 〔記者彭夢竺╱綜合報導〕今年第7號颱風蘇力已經轉為中度颱風，暴風圈也擴大，未來強度會再增強。中央氣象局指出，如果蘇力行進的方向及速度不變，最快11日可能就會發布海上颱風警報。
