藥�店店員亂賣藥？食品藥物管理局：違法開罰！ Jun 16th 2013, 10:16 〔記者李鴻典╱台北報導〕食品藥物管理局鄭重聲明，藥�店藥師未親自執業，並由不具藥師身分店員賣藥，已分別違反藥事法及藥師法規定，分別處新台幣3至15萬罰鍰及新台幣6至30萬元罰鍰。
