小心喝到防腐劑 挑好豆漿有學問! Mar 25th 2013, 03:26 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕台北市衛生局去(2012)年底抽驗學校福利社，10件豆漿送檢結果出爐，其中3件驗出防腐劑，不合格比例高達三成! 營養基金會執行長吳映蓉表示，少量防腐劑對人體影響有限，但長期攝取恐影響肝腎功能。由於豆漿常溫下易腐敗，業者較易添加過量防腐劑，衛生局及吳映蓉均呼籲，選購豆漿最好向信用良好廠商購買，並冷藏保存於7℃以下。
