天氣轉乾冷　清晨最低溫恐下探10度 Mar 3rd 2013, 17:41 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕受到大陸冷氣團影響，全台氣溫驟降14度，淡水3日晚間10時許，出現8.4度的低溫，中央氣象局表示，3日降雨減少，4日起將轉為乾冷天氣，由於受到輻射冷卻效應影響，北部空曠地區清晨低溫僅約10度。
