今日天氣╱冷氣團發威　今明清晨氣溫僅10度 Mar 3rd 2013, 01:43 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕今(3)日持續受鋒面通過及大陸冷氣團南下影響，今天白天氣溫仍偏低，清晨台南以北及宜蘭地區只有11度到14度，一整天都偏冷；高屏及花東地區約15度到18度，與昨(2)日相比，轉偏涼一些，提醒民眾多添加保暖衣物。
