農委會開辦「農民學院」　積極推動青年農民返鄉輔導 Dec 3rd 2012, 05:23 〔記者彭夢竺╱台北報導〕隨著時代的進步，台灣農業發展也愈趨進步，愈來愈多年輕人看到農業前瞻性，選擇返鄉種田。農委會主委陳保基表示，台灣農業過去以福利政策為導向，針對農業結構性與產銷的問題，應該要思考新的農業發展方向，把先進的科技加入，讓更多新進的農民看到發展可能，願意投入創造農業新價值。
