心房顫動治療突破　新藥降低副作用 Nov 16th 2012, 03:54 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕有醫學研究指出將Dronedarone與其他控制心跳速率類藥物併用來治療陣發性或持續性心房顫動(非永久性心房顫動)時，證實治療效果很好。過去使用的藥物無法減少住院或死亡率，Dronedarone除具有抗心律不整的作用外，還可以降低死亡率、住院及發生中風的風險。但是曾經因為心衰竭住院或永久性心房顫動的患者就不適用此藥。
