兩岸共同投資～　首條橫跨台灣海峽的海底光纜開工 Nov 6th 2012, 12:56 〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕經過3年多的準備工作後，橫跨台灣海峽的「海峽光纜1號」工程6日正式開工。這是由兩岸電信運營商共同投資建設並運營的首條連接大陸與台灣的直達通信電路。
