首購卡位戰再起　調查：四成購屋預算在600萬內 Nov 23rd 2012, 03:01 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕根據房仲與Pollster波仕特線上市調﹝http://www.pollster.com.tw﹞聯名調查，最新統計，首購族有42.5%看漲明年上半年房價，僅30.2%認為房價可能下修；而換屋族受政策干擾較為明顯，四成民眾看跌房價，看漲比重則佔31.2%。
