脖子緊？罕見椎動脈內膜剝離　婦人推拿險中風 Jun 20th 2013, 02:55 〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕肩頸莫名痠痛，千萬別隨便推拿、按摩了事！台中一名50歲的婦人，習慣性在經前就會有輕微偏頭痛，吃吃止痛藥就沒事，去年底，左後頸卻出現前所未有的抽痛，老覺得「有一根筋緊得很不舒服」，自行找了推拿師按摩無效，頭部只要稍稍轉動就更痛，就醫才發現竟是罕見「椎動脈內膜剝離」，推拿不慎可能中風。
