大陸《食品安全法》修訂兩大突破　包括設最低賠償金 Jun 18th 2013, 04:31 〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕大陸《食品安全法》修訂工作已開始啟動，《食品安全法》將增加一些新的內容。主要包括建立強制性食品安全責任保險制度、設立最低賠償金，但對是否加大懲罰性民事賠償還有待商榷。
