握住免試比率　4明星高中不甩教育部 Jun 18th 2013, 04:31 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕十二年國教全面上路後，教育部規定申請特色招生的高中，免試比率至少需達25％，不過現在傳出基北區的建國中學、北一女中、中山女高以及成功高中不甩教育部，提出的免試比率不足25％。
