今日天氣╱春天來了！氣溫回升5、6度　白天晴朗好天氣 Feb 28th 2013, 03:37 〔記者鄭矞昕╱台北報導〕今(28)天天氣回升且穩定！中央氣象局表示，全台各地白天大多多雲到晴，僅東半部有局部短暫雨，不過各地還是舒適到溫暖的溫度；而時序也逐漸進入春天型態，天氣變化快且頻繁，建議民眾適時增添穿著。
